Job Description:
We are seeking a Telecom Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our telecom products and services to potential customers. This is a night shift position, ideal for individuals who are energetic, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate new sales leads.
- Explain telecom products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving team goals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecom or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working night shifts (9:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
