Sturgeon BX-02: Upgraded and Enhanced!

Building on the foundation of Sturgeon BX-01, the BX-02 brings key improvements:

🚀 Fuselage Redesign: Modular center section with a ply monocoque structure, increasing the payload area.

📏 Larger Fuselage Dimensions: Expanded width and height for a more spacious avionics compartment.

✈️ Improved Control Surfaces:
Extended tip chord for enhanced maneuverability.

🔧 Enhanced Tail Mount Mechanism: Simplified assembly with improved ergonomics.

⚖️ Weight Reduction: Advanced materials and manufacturing techniques for a lighter build.

📦 Increased Payload Capacity: Now capable of carrying up to 1 kg, compared to the 450 g limit of BX-01.

With graphics inspired by the iconic Sukhoi SU-57, BX-02 stands out in both performance and aesthetics.

We’re excited to share the highlights from our recent flight tests with the BX-01 Sturgeon! 🚀

In this video, you’ll see our team successfully complete three flights, showcasing the performance and resilience of our UAV design. Despite encountering a challenge with the front landing gear detaching during our first landing due to grass, we quickly adapted. The next two flights were hand-launched and went off without a hitch, demonstrating the reliability and versatility of our UAV.

Our pilot’s extensive simulator practice paid off, delivering smooth and controlled flights. The entire team’s dedication and hard work were key to this successful day.

Hi, here is the second flight day of Trainer Hawk.

We did 3 successful flights including unassisted takeoffs and one successful landing, due to a landing gear issue we did one hand assisted takeoff and the flight was amazing and smooth.

BlazeAerospace successfully conducted an aerospace workshop at Commecs College in partnership with SUPARCO! 🚀

We introduced students to UAV prototypes, space-related software, and provided hands-on experience with a flight simulator. The event concluded with a UAV demonstration flight, and we were honored to receive an appreciation award from both Suparco - Pakistan Space Research Commission and Commecs College
