🚀 Breaking Records in Sales Achievement! 🚀

We're thrilled to announce a groundbreaking achievement in our sales history! Our Salesforce Powerhouse Program, launched in July 2023, has redefined success for our Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) by addressing crucial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Meet Mr. Mehran Awan, an exceptional Order Booker who went above and beyond. His unwavering dedication and commitment led him to exceed every KPI, achieving a remarkable 115% of the set target.

What's truly remarkable? In an industry where average Order Booker salaries range from PKR 30,000/- to 45,000/-, Mr. Awan's outstanding performance earned him a staggering monthly salary of PKR 90,000/- for July 2023. This milestone not only celebrates his achievements but also sets a new standard in our sales landscape.

In addition, Mr. Shahbaz, one of our dedicated delivery men, received a well-deserved salary increment of PKR 43,000/-, which also has never happened before at any distribution.

We are thrilled to announce that FDM has signed a collaboration agreement with JazzCash for supplier payments/M2D QR Payments. This marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to streamline our operations and bring greater efficiency to our business processes.

Through this partnership, we will be able to provide our suppliers with a reliable and secure payment platform. This collaboration will help us to improve our supply chain management and strengthen our relationships with our suppliers, ultimately driving growth and bringing greater positivity to our business.

Moreover, as a socially responsible organization, we’ll be playing our part in the Financial Inclusion of the masses and unbanked businesses by collaborating with JazzCash, bringing our Retailers into the realm of Fintech as JazzCash Merchants, enabled with Customer to Merchant Digital payments acceptance through JazzCash QRs.

We had the wonderful opportunity to attend Wibcon Rising 2023 by,
representing FDM. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to PepsiCo Pakistan for inviting me and providing me with the chance to participate in such an incredible event.

Attending Wibcon Rising was an amazing experience, and we feel so fortunate to have been a part of it. Learned so much from the insightful discussions and panels, and how can companies promote women empowerment. Felt so good hearing all the rising stories of some amazing women. We feel energized and inspired to bring these new ideas and strategies back to my company.
