Some lessons cannot be taught in a boardroom.

Our leadership team recently stepped into the NOWInclusive Tour at NOWPDP’s Center of Excellence for Disability Inclusion, experiencing firsthand the everyday realities of persons with disabilities.

Through immersive activities, from Lego Land to Sign Language, the experience encouraged us to pause, listen and see inclusion through a different lens. It was also a reminder of the privileges we can often take for granted, and an opportunity to reflect with gratitude on our own abilities and wellbeing.

What made the day even more special were the children at the centre, whose energy, confidence and enthusiasm had everyone smiling and cheering them on.
As individuals, organisations and a society, we all have a role to play in creating greater access, opportunity and belonging for everyone. At IBL Group, this connects deeply with our purpose of Elevating Lives for Generations to Come, building a future where progress includes everyone.
