Facilitated session on "Customer Experience Approach " with sales staff and almost our first module will be completing soon in upcoming month IA.

As a facilitator, I have learned through training sessions, Traditionally, front-line staff do not receive a lot of training from the organization. I believe that these employees need to be very involve in activities like trainings to give them a opportunity to grow in their respective fields.
