The rising inflation in Pakistan has severely impacted the middle-class population. Especially for a middle-class segment where the primary earning source is often a single individual, managing a household has become exceptionally challenging. In these circumstances, if companies provide the opportunity for their employees to explore additional sources of income and allow them to pursue multiple jobs, rather than confining them with strict policies, it could offer a significant advantage. This approach would offer a degree of mental relief to these individuals, enabling them to establish a secondary income source at their own convenience. In the current situation, having peace of mind in Pakistan is only feasible if there's a stable income that can cover household expenses.
