Mr. Nawaz Dhanji, Country Business Manager – Pakistan, HP INC Singapore addressed the Channel Partner Meet at Karachi, organized by M&P, one of the reputed distributor of HP in Pakistan on July 5, 2022.
Mr. Nawaz stressed the importance for partners to setup consumer friendly digital sales channels by quoting the example of the once bustling Sim Lim Tower in Singapore which was the Hub of Tech related trading activity, which is no more the center of commerce as nearly all the business have moved out of physical stores and shifted online. He said that those who will digitally transform their sales channels, will have greater chances of success in the future.
He further explained that Pakistan is the fifth most populous country in the world with immense resources and huge potential. Amazingly, Pakistan not only has an average age of 22 years old, but our youthful population has some of the best brains in the world with incredible talent. One such area in which these young brains are very quickly exceling is the field of IT.
The world is moving towards Hybrid work styles. Online schooling and online shopping is trending. Before it was one Laptop for a Household but now everyone needs a personal Laptop.
