Alhamdulillah, we have successfully concluded our recent training session on 'Strategic Service Excellence โ using 6 Sigma DMAIC Framework' for one of our esteemed clients in Kenya, with an NPS score of 95! ๐
Over the course of three intensive days, our dedicated service leaders delved into the intricacies of service excellence, empowered by the robust tools of 6 Sigma. Here's a glimpse into our enriching journey:

Day 1: We laid the groundwork, exploring the global impact of 6 Sigma on enhancing the Quality of Service across diverse industries. From problem statement definition to root cause analysis, we set the stage for transformative insights.

Day 2: It was all about solutions! Armed with scientific tools, we delved into process improvement strategies and emphasized the significance of strategic listening and understanding customer communication preferences. The array of tools, including Fish-bone diagrams, VoC, Anti-Solution and Poka-Yoke, opened doors to innovative problem-solving.

Day 3: Putting theory into practice, each team embarked on translating their learnings into actionable projects aimed at elevating the Quality of Service. Through collaborative brainstorming, we paved the way for tangible solutions to real-world service challenges using the DMAIC framework.
In the coming weeks, these dynamic teams will be spearheading implementation efforts within their respective departments, driving tangible improvements in service quality.
