Imagine a family home designed with a focus on elegance and functionality. This is what we at Oculus, had aimed to acheive for this project. The architecture features a contemporary style with clean lines and a harmonious blend of natural materials. The house is characterized by wider windows that flood the interior with natural light, creating an open and airy atmosphere. These expansive windows are strategically placed to offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape and to maximize sunlight throughout the day.

When redesigning a property, many clients will have a feel or a style in mind. From contemporary to art deco, there are many different trends and themes to choose from. Whilst homeowners may know the style they think they want, they often don’t know why it is they want this style.
This can make designing the space slightly more difficult and it is for this reason that we at Oculus, begin the project with mood boards and inspirations to help clients visualise their ideal style.

In this office design, promoting wellness and sustainability was the main goal. Therefore, the interior furnitureselection had to provide calmness and, at the same time, minimize environmental impact. For this reason, relaxing sofas were chosen for the common areas, offering a modular solution ideal for relaxation in corporate environments. For the decor, Oculus Studio used luxurious materials in order to meet the client’s request

of having a workspace that "didn't feel like an office at all". As well as walnut veneer joinery,

the headquarters also feature marble-clad walls and stone surfaces that have been inlaid

with black metal evoking a similar feel to a hotel or high-end private residence.

To make the 15000 square feet workspace appear more open, Oculus Studio incorporated

full-length glass doors in the reception area. A transparent glazed wall has also been placed

between the CEO's office and the main work floor in an attempt to "integrate rather than

segregate, and offer visibility and access to the director at all times".
