What are you payment terms? We take one month advance service and one month service charges equivalent as security deposit. An additional security deposit is required if room changes are made. The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of contract period subject to non-renewal of the contract. On your exit the security is returned. 99% of our clients redeem the security deposit in full. Terms and conditions may change without prior notice. Why is the rent in advance? For services being offered we need the comfort that the client does not take the services and leave without paying. Even though there are several recourses available to recover money, however, we choose to avoid the hassle. Why is the security deposit taken? The security deposit is for three things primarily. One, that the notice period is honored. Two, the contractual terms especially the agreed period is honored. Three, if there are breakages or damages then as recovery amount the security deposit is taken. Will my payment to Ra’ad exceed beyond the stated as services charges? For the vast majority of clients the amount is exactly the same to the rupee. However, additional payment is made for printing services, food and drinks taken, major damages. So you can be comforted that there are no hidden charges. What are your timings? Facilities are 24/7 meaning open 24 hours for all days in the week. With regards to usage, however, the quoted rates are for 9am – 9pm , 12 hour usage. For additional usage the charges are additional. Visiting hours are Monday to Saturday 10am - 6pm. What happens when power goes? Even though KE rarely load sheds in any of our areas, furthermore, we have backup KE connections at our location. We have backup generators. Ar- Ra’ad is also the 14th surah of the Quran with 43 verses in the 13th para/ Juz . In the beginning of 13th Ayat of the Surah, translated as ,”The thunder glorifies His praises…” We also plan to build an institute to serve Allah swt’s creation in whatever little way possible. Secondly , in ayat 12, which is translated as,” He is the One Who shows you lightning, inspiring ˹you with˺ hope and fear…” . So the thunder inspires hope of oncoming blessing filled rains and displaying pathways in the darkest of nights and inspires fear with its strong , loud sound, sudden striking, possibility of destructive weather-similar to this is the feeling of starting your own business , the hope it will take off and become big and the fear it will fail and one will lose out on time , money ,effort etc. Can we book just the event hall? Yes we have a range of meeting rooms and event rooms which can be booked. Booking are only confirmed when payments are made. Can we book just the classroom? Yes we have a range of class rooms with varying capacity, meeting rooms and event rooms which can be booked. Can we book just the meeting room? Can we book just a seat? We highly encourage new entrepreneurs and offer highly discounted rates. Can we book a trial day? Trial days can be booked on advance payment. As per our company policy we do not offer free trials
Can we book just an hour of meeting or classroom or event space? As per our flexible, “accommodate to maximum possible” policy, we offer single hour bookings also. However the highest rates per hourly rates apply to one hour booking. Alternatively you can book for multiple hours to avail discounted rates
