Conducted a comprehensive two-day training session on Confined Space Entry Safety at the Cargo Terminal, Port Qasim, a facility handling grain and fertilizer operations. The training was designed to enhance workers' knowledge and competency in identifying, assessing, and controlling hazards associated with confined space work.

Atmospheric testing and gas monitoring requirements
Permit-to-Work (PTW) system

Successfully conducted a comprehensive and professional training session on Safe Crane Lifting Operations at FOTCO LNG Terminal. The session was designed to enhance workforce competency, operational safety awareness, and compliance with international lifting and rigging safety standards within high-risk industrial operations.

The training covered critical aspects of lifting operations including safe lifting techniques, Safe Working Load (SWL) calculations for cranes, hooks, shackles, and lifting accessories, sling angle factor calculations, selection and inspection of different types of slings, proper rigging methods, load distribution, center of gravity awareness, lifting hazards, and detailed load chart interpretation. Participants were also trained on pre-lift inspections, communication methods between crane operators and riggers, critical lift precautions, and safe ex*****on of lifting activities in confined and high-risk operational environments.

Special focus was given to practical understanding of lifting capacities, prevention of overloading, identification of unsafe lifting practices, and implementation of effective control measures to minimize lifting-related incidents. The session remained highly interactive with active participation, technical discussions, and real-time scenario-based learning, reflecting a strong culture of professionalism and safety excellence throughout the program.

Successfully conducted a comprehensive and customized training session on Scaffolding Safety, Er****on, Movement, Inspection, and Dismantling at GSK. The session was specifically designed to enhance workforce competency, strengthen safe work practices, and ensure full compliance with international occupational safety standards.

The training covered critical aspects of scaffolding operations including safe er****on and dismantling procedures, scaffold movement and relocation techniques, identification of suitable anchorage points, platform stability requirements, load-bearing capacities, fall prevention measures, inspection requirements, tagging systems, and hazard identification in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926.454 standards. Special emphasis was given to practical implementation, risk assessment, proper use of PPE, and prevention of scaffold-related incidents at the workplace.

Interactive discussions, practical examples, and real-site scenarios helped participants better understand the importance of safe scaffolding practices and regulatory compliance. The highly engaging participation and positive involvement of the workforce reflected the strong safety culture and commitment toward maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

A comprehensive and professional training session on Scaffolding Safety, Er****on, Dismantling, Inspection, and Safe Movement of Multiple Types of Scaffolding Systems was successfully conducted at Pakistan State Oil Keamari Terminal A in compliance with OSHA standards and international best safety practices.

The session focused on enhancing workforce competency regarding safe scaffold operations, hazard prevention, load capacity management, and regulatory compliance within high risk industrial environments. Participants were trained on the correct procedures for scaffold er****on and dismantling, identification of unsafe conditions, inspection techniques, fall prevention measures, safe access requirements, tagging systems, and the safe handling and movement of various scaffolding structures.

Special emphasis was placed on:

Had the opportunity to attend a highly informative and engaging training session on Fire Safety & Human Behaviour at the SGS Pakistan Head Office.

The session was conducted by Saeed Jadoon (Petron Rapid Safety, who delivered an excellent and practical-oriented discussion on the critical role of human behavior in fire safety management. The session was exceptionally well organized by the SGS Pakistan team, reflecting their strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) excellence.
