NDC-BPO was formed in 2005 as a Software Solutions Company with a Vision to provide Innovative, Quality, High performance
and Reliable IT Solutions.
NDC-BPO has been mainly involved in developing Websites, e-commerce portals and applications. We have the privilege of
developing the first e-Hospital in Pakistan which is now successfully being used in 24 Hospitals & Medical Squadrons of Pakistan
Air Force.
NDC - BPO provides a broad spectrum of I.T. Services which also includes a 300 seat Call Centre. National Call Centre (NCC) was
started simultaneously in 2005 to provide Voice enabled services to our clients. Apart from other projects, we have provided
Inbound Customer Support Services to Western Union, Nestle & Shaadi.Com and Inbound Customer Support is our forte.
