Pakistan is not short of talent.
Pakistan is short of direction.
Every year, families invest enormous amounts of money in higher education — in public universities, private institutions, and premium degree programs — with the hope that this investment will lead to a successful future. But one painful question remains:
Are students really choosing careers based on self-knowledge, aptitude, and purpose — or are they simply following trends, pressure, and the success stories of others?
What we need is not just education.
We need a talent pipeline.
A system where:
students discover themselves early
academia understands market realities
industry identifies and supports talent sooner
government enables the right ecosystem
and society benefits from happier, more productive professionals
The future will not improve by chance.
It will improve when we stop producing degree holders by default and start developing professionals by design.
This video is a small step toward that conversation.
Watch it. Reflect on it. Share it with someone who needs to see the bigger picture.
