BIC-NEDUET is mainly focused on innovative ideas and engineering projects, which generate far more value than other categories of startups. With most wealth generated by technology companies as of today, BIC seeks to improve Pakistanโ€™s economic standing by leading future tech startups within this country. Furthermore, with the influx of Fourth Industrial Revolution Technologies, BIC aims to capitalize these along with the large engineering talent available at NEDUETโ€™s disposal and lead the future industry trends in the country. *National Idea Lab* (NIL) is a flagship Pre-incubation program formulated in partnership of NEDUET's Business Incubation Center (Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization - NED University), smeda.pk and Higher Education Commission, Pakistan designed to help Innovators, engineers, students, and researchers in formulating effective Business plans/model for their commercializable idea/developed product.

Program includes:
1. One-to-one mentoring from SME expert in alignment with idea/product

2. Capacity Building sessions/workshops catering to various aspects of Business Development

3. Access to Faculty Experts/Researchers at NED University campus

4. Post-program free incubation (one-year) at Business Incubation Center NED University of Engineering and Technology.
