Project : MADARWALA RESIDENCE

Revealing the Bedroom of the elder son, which required a lot of meticulous planning as they are a family of three, with a 6 years old daughter. In one bedroom accommodating all three was a difficult task, for that we created a window seating area that also serves a small bed for the daughter, once it slides open. A small study desk with combined dressing table was designed for the needs of daughter and mother both continuing to become a part of a small tv unit for the father. Also, creating ample of wardrobe space was a fundamental requirement, we solved that issue by lining all the wardrobes on one wall utilising the corners as well with glass shutters to give it light touch. The color scheme chosen for this bedroom is teal green with grey and an accent of gold / ochre to highlight details

Project Reveal : MADARWALA RESIDENCE

TOTAL AREA: 2100 Sq Ft

When the Madarwalas first approach us to design their abode, all of them had different ideas for their personal spaces , be it color preferences or material choices and also had different needs based on their age groups. The challenge for us was to curate a space where four bedrooms bespoke the users personal choices as well as the shared common spaces have one tying element, a hub where they all can come together and connect.

We decided on colour green to be that linking factor for all the communal areas—the living room, drawing room, and kitchen—are designed as a grand, open-concept pavilion with a nice green corner to connect with nature & bring calmness.

To comfortably accommodate eight adults without feeling chaotic, the layout emphasizes fluid circulation and zoned seating.
In ​the lounge a massive, low-profile modular sofa anchors the room, configured to encourage group conversation.
​The Culinary Hub, a nice kitchen bar counter topped with a single, dramatic slab of Armani Grey Marble serves as a natural gathering point for breakfast.

Project : Zahabiyah Chemical Industries Experience Centre

Theme: Minimalist Industrial Vibe

Our latest project is a masterclass in balanced design.
​We’ve paired raw, industrial textures like exposed matte-black ceilings, concrete finishes with the warmth of natural wood slats and ambient Edison lighting.

​The pop of our signature teal provides a bold, modern backdrop to the clean lines of our architectural displays. It’s a space designed not just to show products but to inspire your next big build.
​
​By utilizing a neutral palette of greys and light oaks, we let the structural elements speak for themselves.

Our ​Key design features:

*Linearity* : Vertical wooden rafters that create depth without closing off the space.

​*Lighting* : Sleek track lights for focus, paired with geometric pendants for a soft glow.

*​Contrast* : The deep teal accent wall brings a punch of sophisticated energy to the raw concrete textures.

Every inch of the ZCI center is designed with a refined Industrial Aesthetic. We’ve swapped the traditional “hardware store” look for a curated gallery experience.
