All type of portable or trolley mounted fire extinguishers (FM-200, Haltom, and HFC227-EA Clean Agent type) are refilled according to fire fighting and safety rules. First we empty the fire extinguisher and check the valve and inspect thoroughly whether the same is or not leaking or damaged.
