- Work directly with the Leadership Team and investors to develop and execute strategic plans backed by data
- Compile, report on, and help create company-wide metrics related to both financial and operational performance
- Analyze financial transactional data to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, validate business decisions/changes and make recommendations
- Prepare on-going tracking, analysis, reporting and communication of trends/issues for key performance areas utilizing Tableau and/or Excel
- Help maintain internal SQL Server data warehouse and other ad-hoc data sources with assistance from our internal development team
- Participate in the creation of weekly, periodic, and annual budgets
- Perform monthly analysis to determine root causes of variances
- Share pointed insights with company management, so they can more effectively manage the company and teams
- Assist with the preparation of Board of Directors reporting materials
- Perform ad hoc analyses and strategic projects

- Exceptional interpersonal and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial orientation, able to work in less structured environments with minimal oversight

Skills and Experience:

- A bachelor's or Master degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or business analytics/intelligence
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, management consulting, or as a data analyst, preferably with some IT service provider experience
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Tableau and SQL experience is strongly preferred
- Advanced finance and accounting skills

1. Build relationships with potential clients and partners (vendors/suppliers) by seeking out their needs and offering solutions that our company can provide them with.
2. Acquire new accounts through networking and outreach targeted at potential new clients and set goals to ensure that sales quotas are met.
3. Maintain client and partners (vendors) satisfaction by keeping the quality of products and services high and meeting new client/partners needs.
4. Track the sales cycle to see potential clients through the lifetime of their partnership with us.
5. Strategies new approaches for attracting clients and partners (vendors) and making sales in a B2B context.
6. Stay on the pulse of the industry and competitive landscape. You’ll independently conduct research to discover emerging trends, highlight advertising news and present your findings to the team.
