Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience in managing product portfolio preferably in banking/payment industry.
JD:
• Responsible for ensuring that products in portfolio are successfully launched on agreed timelines and subsequently focus on building strategies and initiatives that will achieve business and financial goals of the financial year.
• Accountable for customer analysis, market research, behavioral trends of target market and identifying new business segments
• Driving & liaising with support team (marketing, legal, compliance, operations, finance, IT, distribution, service & quality) to ensure seamless operations on a day to day basis and process implementation to ensure customer satisfaction, build customer awareness, ensure compliance to regulator requirement,and P &L management.
• Translate company goals into detailed product roadmap, working with product designs and defining product features.
• Defining technical requirements as well as leading the business requirements analysis.
• Review product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitor’s products and maintain partner relationships required for the management of products.
Eligibility Criteria:

• Masters from a reputable university. Master’s in Business Administration would be a plus.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in relevant business area
• Leadership qualities, Team Player, Attention to detail with strong Project management skills
• Market knowledge of Payment Solutions
• Ability to Communicate effectively and persuade others
• Decision making, Time management,Capability to Delegate, Manage Stress & Resolve Conflict
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
• Strong Analytical, Numerical & Strategic thinking skills
