FPCCI presented Pakistan’s first-ever Shadow Policy Documents (Shadow Budget) at the FPCCI Regional Office, Lahore.

The ceremony was addressed by FPCCI President, Mr. Atif Ikram Sheikh; Regional Chairman & Vice President, Mr. Zaki Aijaz; UBG Patron-in-Chief, Mr. S. M. Tanveer; Economic Policy & Business Development Think Tank Patron-in-Chief, Mr. Bashir Jan Muhammad; Chairman, Dr. Gohar Ejaz and CEO, Mr. Ahmad Nawaz Sukhera and others.

The session was attended by FPCCI EC & GB Members along with representatives of various trade bodies and the business community.

The leadership highlighted that, for the first time in Pakistan’s history, FPCCI has presented a comprehensive Shadow Federal Budget; Shadow Economic Survey; Tax Policy & Administration Reforms and a Five-Year Development Plan.

They emphasized that FPCCI is not merely presenting recommendations; but, offering a complete, integrated and practical alternative economic framework aimed at defining Pakistan’s future economic direction.
