The account was suspended due to sales velocity suspension
The client approached us on August 2022 and share amazon account details. Amazon said
Your current sales volume is not supported by a buyer's opinion or an existing sales history As a result we review your amazon.com account.
How can I speed up the process of reviewing my account?
To expedite the process of reviewing your selling account, please provide us with the following information:
- Your time in business.
Expected monthly sales on Amazon.
- The address (URL or store address) of other stores where you sell these products.
- Tracking information for recently shipped orders.
- GSTIN number, VAT ID, tax number, or Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number.
The client submitted the first appeal but amazon reject it and required more information
Tracking information for Shipped by Seller Orders Shipped recently.
-- Evidence of recent shipment or delivery of shipping orders shipped by the seller.

-- Evidence that supports the identification of your business, for example, business website or email, LLC banking information, or business registration information.
- Reasons and supporting evidence associated with any delays in the delivery of your application.
We have reviewed this account and discussed it multiple times with amazon team members on call.
We drafted a strong plan of action and address all issues (Order cancellation, refunds) in this appeal and add the requested documents, and submitted this appeal.
After 3 hours amazon accepted our strong plan of action and said
Thank you for what you sent. We have reviewed the clarification provided by you and reactivated your account.

Sales velocity is the measurement of how quickly a prospective customer moves through a company's sales pipeline and generates revenue. It reflects the health and productivity of a sales team but also shows areas where the sales process could be improved. Sales velocity is extremely useful in sales forecasting, too

There are no selling limits on amazon but it is a fact that a sudden surge in sales will set Amazon's alarm bells ringing with the result that the seller's account will be frozen and disbursements withheld in case of an equally sudden surge of return requests or A to Z claims
