HSE & Generators HSE Work Instructions: Generators should have HSE work instructions. Likewise my company QHSE Business International has generated 73 HSE Work Instructions both in English and URDU languages. These HSE work instructions are inclusive of:
1. Wearing all required PPEs such as proper ear muffs, mechanical safety shoes, safety masks, safety goggles, safety gloves.
2. Changing oil/filter of the generators are required readings.
3. Having diesel/petrol stored at a distance from generators.
4. Having secondary Containments for diesel/petrol drums
5. Should have appropriate safety signs displayed such as no smoking, ear muffs, safety gloves, safety shoes, safety masks.
6. Should have work instructions displayed on the generators in a laminated form. For example in Pakistan it should be in English and URDU languages and many more.

HSE & Spill Kit: Spill kits are very important and imperative part of Environmental systems. A spill kit consists of sand, pair of gloves, many bags. Spill kit is used to take out the environmental related pollution such as acid spill, petrol spill, diesel spill, solvents spill and many more.
For example, a spill of a chemical is recovered using a pair of gloves from the spill kit. Using the sand from the drum of sand it is mixed up with the chemical. As soon as it is mixed up, it is placed down in the bag to get it completely done.
The spill kit which consist of sand, pairs of gloves, bags in a drum is refurbished again.

HSE & Secondary Containments: Secondary containments are very important part of industries where they are placed at the base of the drums, cans, to have environmental safe and sound.
For instance, a petrol drum present in an organization got leaked from the bottom. If we have secondary containment below that than it will save the environment. The environment will not be disturbed.
A secondary containment is generated with the help of MS sheets with one inch borders. Three sides are fixed one side is flexible to have easy placements of drums and taking them out. This is the most easiest way to make secondary containment.
