🌱💧 Water stewardship in action — Pakistan

A great reminder of why water stewardship matters.
Really glad to see this case study featured in the Bonsucro Outcome Report 2024–2025, highlighting how smallholder sugarcane farmers in Sillanwali, Central Punjab (Pakistan) are improving productivity and resilience through better soil and water practices.

The case study reflects practical, farmer-centered approaches such as:
✅ soil & water mapping
✅ smarter irrigation and moisture monitoring
✅ improved crop and input management
Real farmer impact. Real sustainability outcomes.

At AgNovate, we strongly believe in supporting innovations that help farmers use resources more efficiently, adapt to climate challenges, and strengthen long-term sustainability. AgNovate Consulting Private Limited is pleased to be contributing in acceleration of The Sustainable Sugarcane Farming and Bonsucro Standard Implementation in Pakistan. This endeavor has been embraced by PepsiCo as a part of their pep+ (pepsico positive) program. AgNovate was the training organization at the 2-Day PepsiCo Training on Agri+ Transformation (Bonsucro Sugar Sustainability) held at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad on March 15 – 16, 2023.
Participants were Agri officials from 18 Sugar Mills, Students from 4 Universities, Professors from 2 Universities, Bonsucro Authorized Certification Body Auditor and Pepsi Cola International officials.
