FY 2025-26 has brought NESPAK its highest business growth in the organization's history, 180 new engineering projects secured, including 172 national and 8 international assignments.

From mass transit systems in Faisalabad and Gujranwala, to Karachi's K-IV water supply project, to energy infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, NESPAK's footprint continues to grow across transportation, energy, water resources, urban development, and public infrastructure.

The Managing Director (MD), NESPAK, accompanied by the Project Management Team, visited Mohmand Dam Project, to review the ongoing physical progress and assess the status of key project activities.

Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project is a multipurpose national project featuring a 213-meter-high Concrete Faced Rockfill Dam (CFRD), with a gross storage capacity of 1.293 MAF and an installed power generation capacity of 800 MW . The project will provide 13.32 cumecs of water supply to Peshawar, support irrigation development for 7,386 hectares of new command area in addition to 64,800 hectares of existing agricultural land, as well as contribute significantly towards flood mitigation, agricultural development and water-resource management. NESPAK is playing a lead role in implementation of this Project.

During the site visit, the delegation held a detailed meeting with the Project Director and Project Manager to review the progress of works and deliberate upon issues related to design and construction. Various technical and implementation-related matters were discussed, with particular emphasis on their timely resolution to avoid delays and ensure smooth project ex*****on.

The MD emphasized the need to expedite construction activities and maintain the required pace of progress to achieve the project milestones and ensure early completion in line with national priorities. He further reiterated NESPAK’s commitment to providing full technical and professional support to the project team for prompt resolution of technical matters and successful achievement of the project objectives at the earliest.

The Training & Development Section of NESPAK successfully organized a “Smart Business Communication” Program in collaboration with [TÜV Austria] a dynamic, one-day interactive session aimed at enhancing modern workplace communication and professional effectiveness.

The training was conducted by Mr. Kamran Saeed, who delivered engaging and activity-based learning sessions focused on practical business communication strategies.

Through roleplays, group discussions, real-world examples, and hands-on activities, participants explored:

✅ Assertive business communication & conflict management
✅ Smart written communication, including impactful emails, reports, and presentations
