Promoting Wellness Through Ergonomics!

At Stewart, we believe that a healthy workplace starts with taking care of our people.

We conducted an Ergonomics Awareness Session led by Dr. Suleman Ashiq, Doctor of Physical Therapy, to help employees understand the importance of proper posture, healthy work habits, and simple practices that support physical well-being.

The session provided valuable insights into reducing workplace strain, improving comfort, and incorporating easy stretching and mobility techniques into our daily routines.

A healthier workforce is a stronger workforce. We remain committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive both professionally and personally.
