International Peace Day is an annual celebration that is known to every nation. 24 hours of nonviolence and cease-fire is observed as part of a day designated by the United Nations General Assembly to advance peace principles. Additionally, it is a day devoted entirely to fighting for a peaceful, sustainable world. As well as motivating people to live in peace, Peace Day strives to remind individuals of the importance of maintaining peace in the world.
On Twitter, the UN wrote, "Peace is not a naive dream. It's the only road to a better future for humanity."

The theme of International Peace Day 2021

The theme of the 2021 International Day of Peace is "Recovering better for an equitable and sustainable world.". As stated on the official UN website, participation in the UN family is crucial for furthering a fair and peaceful world. While the epidemic continues and recovery takes place, let us speak out against acts of hate online and offline, and show compassion, generosity, and optimism. The United Nations will continue to use the theme "Shaping Peace Together" for the 2020 International Day of Peace.

About Mr. Muhammad Abubakar:

Having so copious potential, Mohd. Abubakar marched on towards his goals to conquer his dreams. Mr. M. Abubakar holds a MS degree in Environmental Sciences from university of the punjab and a master degree in Public Policy.
Since the inception of his career, he always took an initiative as he always desired to instigate the newfangled epoch. With sheer determination & willpower, he has moderated 124 national and international events.
Moreover, he has adjudicated many declamation contests including APDC National Accountability Bureau, Provincial selection round of ATV and TV-One declamation, APDC The Educationist 2018, World Environment Day Declamation ALDC 2017, CM Debates 2017, Peace Declamation by Govt of the Punjab and APDC - USA'19, APDC Pak Turk 2019, APDC NTU 2019, Layalpur debaing competition 2020, APDC NTU 2021 and the list goes on. Moreover, he has international representative status by being selected for Common Wealth Youth Forum - 2017, for World Youth Forum India - 2017 and as an associate with delegation of Govt. of Pakistan to China - 2017.
By the virtue of his services for his university, he was awarded with the Roll of Honor from University of the Punjab. For being a good public speaker and having sound intellect and opinions about youth affairs, Mr. Mohd. Abubakar is welcomed from different institutions to speak about young ones' issues and shows them a way to substantiate their willingness.
He is Currently Serving as president of the Largest recognized Youth Organization of Pakistan-Pakistan Youth Parliament.
