Ecommerce runs on push. You tell the story, you show what changed for someone, and the customer decides before they ever compare.

Retail is pull. Customer walks in, sees ten brands on a shelf, picks whatever makes sense in that moment.

So build the story. Stop worrying about being pricier than retail.

Do only as much as your mind and body allow you to. You don’t have to push yourself beyond your limits just to feel productive.

No capital? Don’t start a product business. But as a doctor you have an option most people don’t — brands need you.

I run 3-4 brands myself where doctors make our content. One video pays 10-20k when you’re starting.

You gave 5 years to MBBS. Give 1% of that to learning content and 3-5 lakh a month is possible.

It’s hard work. But you can do it.

Why tiktok ads are unpredictable?

Internationally TikTok ads work beautifully. In Pakistan, tracking is the problem — TikTok takes credit for your Meta and Google conversions. When you can’t measure, you can’t spend high and you can’t scale.

That’s why nobody is selling a TikTok course here. They haven’t figured it out either.
