Job Responsibilities
• Monitor CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the facility and employees.
• Detect and report any security breaches or safety hazards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of CCTV equipment.
• Work closely with the security team to resolve any concerns
• Keep detailed logs and compile incident reports.
• Keep a vigilant eye on live and recorded video feeds to identify and respond to suspicious activities.
• Operate and control CCTV cameras and related equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and coverage.
• Document and report any security incidents or suspicious behaviour, providing timely and accurate information to relevant authorities.
• Act promptly in response to alarms or security breaches, alerting appropriate personnel
• Keep detailed records of surveillance activities, incidents, and any actions taken during shifts.
• Work closely with security personnel and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective security system.
• Address and resolve technical issues with surveillance equipment, coordinating with the IT department when necessary.
