Join the dynamic team of our USA based well known client firm for its KARACHI Office as the Director of Marketing and Communication, leading the charge for a diverse range of products, including Medical Durable Equipment, PBO, IT Products, Billing, and Analytics.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for product portfolio.
• Lead brand positioning and communication initiatives to enhance market presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.
• Drive product awareness and market pe*******on for Medical Durable Equipment, PBO, IT Products, Billing, and Analytics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms
• Analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage budget allocation for marketing and communication initiatives.
• Utilise digital marketing tools and analytics to optimise campaign performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ Years of proven experience in marketing for medical durable equipment, PBO, IT products, billing, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare and IT industries.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in utilising digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical durable equipment.

The Position is Karachi based.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prioritize activities for timely daily reporting, supporting data integration, and automation strategies.
• Mentor and develop BI team members, expanding analytical skills in data modeling, processing, and automation.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through the implementation of data governance and quality control measures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven leadership and hands-on experience in advanced data techniques, including data modeling, integration, and statistical methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
• Ability to ingest data from various sources and perform ETL for clean and processed data consumption into Power BI.
• Understanding of SharePoint, including sites, lists, libraries, and security controls.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
