Today, we introduced something new at Grow Higher Marketing - Pride Friday. A structured, monthly initiative to recognize performance, acknowledge impact, and align the team on growth. As we continue building internally, it became clear that growth shouldn’t be delayed or overlooked.

Pride Friday is now our monthly checkpoint where we:
- Recognize the teams creating the highest impact
- Announce promotions based on performance
- Reward contributions through bonuses and increments
- Introduce new team members and roles
- Align on what comes next
Today marked the first Pride Friday, and the beginning of a system we intend to carry forward consistently. A strong step toward building a culture where performance is visible and growth is structured.
