Terms of reference (ToRs) constitute the basis upon which DevTrio will carry out assignments and the yardstick by which the success of the assignment will be judged. DevTrio works closely with the stakeholders to ensure that for each assignment, ToRs are mutually agreed with all parties; have clear objectives; are feasible in terms of what the specialist is asked to achieve; are easy to monitor, and stress the skills transfer aspects of the project.
