Execute and manage client content strategies
Create engaging graphics, copy, and content calendars
Manage posting schedules (including manual platforms)
Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
Provide structured weekly performance reports
Optimize Google My Business and Nextdoor presence
Engage with local communities and manage inquiries
What We Expect
6+ years of social media management (preferably for service businesses)
Strong Facebook/Instagram ad campaign skills
Proficiency in Canva and other design tools
Solid Google Sheets knowledge
Ability to use VPN for U.S.-based platforms
Comfortable with structured workflows and deadlines
Key Deadlines & Workflow
Thursdays: Content drafts due
Mondays: Weekly reports due
10 days in advance: Client asset requests
Monthly: Strategy reviews and calendar planning
Weekly coordination calls for manual posting

Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in website speed optimization.
Make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies that can enhance website performance.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with web developers, designers, and content creators to ensure a seamless integration of optimization strategies without compromising the user experience.
