We are looking for “HR Executive” for our Head Office Lahore on urgent basis. The candidate is expected to perform following tasks:

• Advertise vacant positions on job portal, social media etc.
• Collection of CVs for recruitment
• Screen and Short-list resumes
• Conduct initial screening interviews
• Get the feedback from corporate clients about final shortlisted candidate
• Joining formalities from final shortlisted candidate
• Maintain corporate clients relation, grievance handling with corporate clients and stay in interviews
• Process all payroll adjustments, including manual payroll checks
• Assist in overseas employment promotions
• Having good knowledge and information about procedure of overseas recruitment.
• Should have to deal with overseas client.
• Any other duty that Line Manager will assign time to time.

Skills Required:

• Having experience in HR Sourcing Company will be preferable
• Must have experience in overseas recruitment project.
• Also having experience in outsourcing payroll.
• Having good command on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Should have innovative ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Having good knowledge about labor laws

Qualification:
• Graduation / MBA / Masters (Specialization in HR)

Experience Required:
• Candidate must have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Salary:
• 30,000 to 35,000 + Commission
