Monthly Salary
• pay Scale Rs.13,000/-(per month)during probation period &Rs. 20,597/- (per month)after confirmation.
Essential Pre-requisites
•minimum Age: 19
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Qualification:
Ics/F.A/B.A with a minimum of 2nd division.
Preferred Experience & Credentials
• Well-groomed personality with progressive disposition.
• Good English Communication Skills.
• Socio-affective Skills.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Take and distribute accurate messages. • Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member.
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required.
• Prepare outgoing mail for distribution. • Fax, scan and copy documents.
• Maintain office filing and storage systems.
• Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.
• Retrieve information when requested. • Update and maintain internal staff contact lists.
• Co ordinate and maintain staff administrative records, different type documents, reports and correspondence. • Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings.
