CREATING MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR FREELANCERS!
To build up more trust for investors – Enablers is working on to ensure VAs / Freelancers connect up with more trust!
We are building up more robust HIRE A FREELANCER / VA PAGE.
Students should see overall scorecard on his/her portal with the required score of 85 out of 100. 85% score is mandatory to get listed on Enablers "Hire a Service Provider" page.
Student attendance should be visible to the student as well as to the trainer on the portal and the percentage of attendance would be shown in his/her scorecard and 95% attendance is mandatory. Total score of attendance is 30.
Students should be able to attempt MCQ-based tests (against each module) on the portal and the result of the test should be seen in his/her scorecard. Each model would have MCQ test of 30 Questions with a total score of 30 and 95% marks are mandatory.
95% or the marks he/she obtained would be displayed in his/her overall scorecard against the test he/she passed.
Trainer should be allowed to mark his/her overall behaviour and the student will get additional 5 marks. 5 attributes will get him/her 5 marks.
Student will be able to attempt final assessment of the complete course which allow him/her to score another 30 points and again 95% is mandatory.
All results from Attendance, MCQ test of each module, trainer remarks, and final assessment would directly be shown in his/her scorecard.
His/her scorecard would be public data that can be accessible against the Students registeration numbers.
So moving forward if anyone would say they need a freelancer for specific field then they can be able to just go there and hire them and services providers should continue to maintain their quality to be on that page which can be presented all over.
