JOB OPENING – DISPATCH AGENTS

Sabih Financials is hiring Dispatch Agents for the Night Shift.

Shift Timing: 05:00 PM – 01:00 AM
Location: Peshawar

JOB ROLE:

* Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations.
* Communicate with drivers, clients, and Canadian business partners.
* Schedule and track deliveries.
* Maintain accurate dispatch records and update relevant information.
* Handle customer and driver inquiries professionally.
* Ensure timely communication and follow-up regarding deliveries.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:

1. Bachelor’s Degree. Bachelor’s in Business is preferred.
2. Good spoken and written English is required.
3. Comfortable using computers and basic office software.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Applicants with prior experience in transportation or dispatch companies will be preferred.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS:

1. PKR 35,000 salary
2. 3-month probation period
3. Promotion and salary increments based on performance and company requirements.
4. Quarterly bonus of up to 12.5%
5. 1-year contract, renewable annually
6. Saturday & Sunday off
7. Casual, Sick, and Annual Leaves
