ہائر اتھارٹیز کی من مانیوں کے خلاف سیکریٹری ایجوکیشن کو شکایات موصول ہونا شروع ہو گئیں. پنجاب حکومت محکمہ تعلیم پنجاب کے جاری کردہ نوٹیفیکشن کو ہوا میں اڑا دیا گیا اور لاکھوں خواتین اساتذہ کو سکولز میں ذاتی ہدایات جاری کر کے پابند کر رکھا ہے بغیر کسی ہائیر اتھارٹی کے نوٹیفیکیشن کے۔اور اوپر سے اے ای اوز اور ہیڈز کا بے فارمز کے لیے اساتذہ کو در بدر بھیجنے کیلۓ پریشر بڑھتا جا رہا ہے پنجاب حکومت نے ایسا کوئی نوٹیفیکیشن نہیں جاری کیا جس میں اساتذہ کو سکول میں پابند کیا گیا ہو سیکریٹری ایجوکیشن سے اس بات کا مطالبہ کیا گیا ہے کہ جن اے ای اوز اور ہیڈز نے ذاتی طور پر اساتذہ کو طلب کر رکھا ہے اور اختیارات کا ناجائز استعمال کیا۔ خصوصاََ خواتین اساتذہ کو ان کے خلاف کاروائی عمل میں لائی جاۓ اور سیکریٹری ایجوکیشن سے یہ بھی کہا کہ آئیندہ اساتذہ کے حوالے سے نوٹیفیکیشن میں واضع احکامات جاری کیے جائیں
اساتذہ کی اس قدر تذلیل اور دور دراز علاقوں میں اکیلی خواتین اساتذہ کا جانا خطرات سے خالی نہیں ہے لہذا اے ای اوز اور ہیڈز کی ان من مانیوں پر ان کی سرزنش کی جاۓ۔

پانامہ لیکس ہوئی ، شریف خاندان کا نام آیا ، شریف فیملی ایک ہفتہ خاموش رہی بلاآخر انہوں نے لوگوں کو جواب دینا شروع کیا ۔ غلط یا درست وہ الگ بحث ہے مگر انہوں نے اپنا موقف لوگوں کے سامنے رکھا ۔

ریاست کے سب سے طاقتوار ادارے " افواجِ پاکستان " پر الزام آیا کہ انہوں نے سندھ پولیس کے آئی جی کو پریشرائز کر کے کیپٹن صفدر پر پرچہ کٹوایا ھے ۔ فوج دو دن خاموش رہی تیسرے دن آرمی چیف نے خود بلاول کو فون کیا اور ساتھ ہی ispr نے قوم سے انویسٹیگیشن کا وعدہ کیا ۔
کچھ دن بعد رپورٹ آئی اور کچھ اعلی درجے کے افیسر کو عہدے سے ہٹا دیا گیا ۔

یہ سزا کافی تھی یا ناکافی ۔۔۔ یہ بحث الگ ہے ۔ آپ یہ دیکھیں کہ ایشو بننے سب سے مظبوط ادارے کو بھی جوابدہ ہونا پڑا ۔

اب آجائیں ppsc پر ایک عرصے سے پیپر بیچ رہا ہے آوازیں اٹھیں تو چیئرمین نے کہہ دیا ہمارے خلاف سازش نا کرو بلکہ ثبوت لاؤ ۔ بلاآخر 2 تاریخ کو تحصیلدار کا پرچہ شروع ہونے سے چند گھنٹے پہلے چیئرمین کے سامنے رکھ دیا گیا کہ یہ دیکھو تم لوگ پرچے بیچ رہے ہو ۔ ملزم پکڑے گئے ایک ریجنل ڈائریکٹر پکڑا گیا ۔ ناقابل تردید ثبوت سامنے آئے ، مگر اس پر ادارے کا ایک بیان تک نہیں آیا ۔

آج دس دن ہوگئے ہیں اس سکینڈل کو سامنے آئے ہوئے ابھی تک ایک بیان تک نہیں دیا پی پی ایس سی نے کہ ہاں ہمارا یہ قصور ہے ، ملزموں کو سزا دلوائیں گے یا مستقبل میں ایسا نہیں ہوگا ۔ کچھ بھی نہیں ایک لفظ تک نہیں بول رہے ۔ چیئرمین سے بات کریں تو میڈیا کو کہتا ہے انٹرویو سے پہلے مجھے سوالات بتاؤ پھر جواب دوں گا ۔
اوپر سے بدمعاشی یہ کہ لیک شدہ پیپروں کے انٹریو لیے جا رہے ہیں اور پوری بدمعاشی سے لیے جارہے ہیں ۔

مطلب یار ہم لوگ کیا جنگل کے معاشرے رہتے ہیں ۔ لاکھوں طلبہ کی کروڑوں پر مشتمل فیسیں کیا حرام کا پیسہ ہے جو ppsc ڈاکا ڈال لے ۔ کیا یہ banana ریپبلک ہے جہاں یہ ادارہ کسی کو جوابدہ نہیں ۔ عجب بے شرمی ہے ۔۔۔

آخر یہ ریاست کا ایسا کونسا سیکرٹ ادارہ ہے کہ جس کے جرم پر ہاتھ نہیں ڈالا جارہا کہ کہیں ریاست کا وجود خطرے میں نا پڑجائے ۔ اس ملک کی عدالتیں درختوں پر سوموٹو کو چھوڑ پر بچوں کے مستقبل کو تباہ کرنے والوں پر سوموٹو کیوں نہیں لے رہیں ۔

مطلب اخیر ہوگئی ہے ۔
ڈھٹائی ، بے شرمی ، چوری سینہ زوری کی اخیر ہوگئی ہے ۔ لوگوں کا حق مارو ، لوٹو ، ڈاکے مارو، پیپرز بیچوں انٹریو بیچوں ۔ اور جب پکڑے جاؤ تو تم کسی کے سامنے جوابدہ بھی نہیں ، دس دس دن زبان سے ایک لفظ بھی مت نکالو ۔

یہ کس ریاست میں ہوتا ہے ، ؟؟ یہ کس معاشرے میں ہوتا ہو ؟؟؟ کیا عدالتیں انصاف صرف ان کو ہی دیں گے جو شریفوں ، زرداریوں ، تالپوریوں یا وزیروں کے بچے ہیں ۔
یار ہم کیا افغانستان کے بچے ہیں ؟؟؟ کیا ہمارے لیے ریاستی انصاف نہیں ہے ۔ ؟؟

ریاستی اداروں کو انصاف دینا پڑے گا۔ نہیں تو ادارے طے کرلیں کہ اس ملک میں تعلیم ، صحت ، انصاف نوکرریاں فلاں فلاں کے بچوں کے لیے ہیں باقی ریاست کے بچوں کو کچھ چاہیے تو وہ کسی اور ریاست کا رخ کرجائیں ۔
