We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with major U.S. cable and internet providers such as DIRECTV, AT&T, Spectrum, or similar services.
This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and processing customer orders accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and chats from customers interested in cable, internet, and TV services.
Promote and sell products such as DIRECTV, AT&T, Spectrum, and other related services.
Process new orders, upgrades, and service activations efficiently.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience with U.S. telecom/cable providers (DIRECTV, AT&T, Spectrum, etc.).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM/order processing tools.
Ability to work Night shifts ( US HOURS )
Excellent English speaking and comprehension skills.
