Chairman district Disaster Management authority and Deputy Comissioner Sudhnoti Azad Kashmir Sardar Umer Farooq khan granted admin approval in the favior of Social Mechanic Consultancy Firm to intiate Disaster Risk Reducttion program and School Safety Framwork in Disstrict Sudhnoti Azad Kadhmir
Social Mechanic Firm will support Education Institutions to develop disaster Response mechanism . DRR trg. Frist aid trg .Search and Rdscue trg . Conduct Mock drill that how chilren and teachers safely move from class room to identified safe place during an emergency/ disaster. Conduct risk assesment . Prepare school safety Plan and prepare menimum school sastey standards evaluation report.the objective of this initiative is to save the life of students.teachers and school sarounding comminity and promote safe learning enviornment.
As per research conducted by National Disaster Management authority that the district Sudhnoti stand at 8th in the list of most prone district in the Country.
