Procurement Officer Job Summary

In this position, you will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization. You will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory, and be responsible for approving purchases.

Procurement Officer Duties and Responsibilities

Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases

Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers

Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data

Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options

Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies

Job Description
The Assistant Accountant is responsible for performing highly specialized accounting work required to maintain the general ledger. Working under the direction of the Sr. Accountant, the Assistant Accountant directs and coordinates the daily activities of the accounting staff to quickly and accurately record the revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the company. He is also responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, biannually and annual financial statements and coordinating the company’s annual audit.
1. Is responsible for accurate voucher entries on daily basis.
2. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks & other accounting.
3. Is responsible for payments and expenses verification and authorization.
4. Is responsible for receipts verification and authorization.
5. Is responsible for the compliance with internal control policies within the parameters of the company policy.
6. Is responsible for company accounts bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
7. Must have knowledge of income tax returns & Sales tax Returns of the company and associated concerns.
8. Prepare analysis on balance sheet accounts
9. Must have knowledge Filling of Statutory returns with SECP
10. Is responsible to prepare weekly & monthly closing and monthly debtor reports along with aging.
11. Is responsible to prepare expenses reports on monthly basis.
12. Is responsible to prepare financial statements e.g. Cash Flow, Bank Statement, Cash Book, P&L Account, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and also bound for handover to Sr. Accountant for final approval on monthly basis.
13. Assisting Sr. Accountant as and when required.
14. Is responsible for dealing with clients regarding receivables.
15. To assist internal/external auditors as and when they are appointed to perform a specific job.
16. Any other task as & when assigned by the department head or concerned authority.

Recycled aggregate use in concrete.

In recent decade, a global effort has been directed towards sustainability and the concrete industry is no exception. The use of recycled aggregates on new concrete seems a solution that could minimize the ecological footprint of this industry.

Recycled aggregates are obtained by crushing concrete elements, in the same way that natural aggregates are produced by crushing stone taken from quarries.

The objective of this was to use the possibility of using recycled aggregates produced from high quality concrete in constructions.
