Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented Audio Reviewer with Pay Per Call experience to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills,and be detail-oriented. As an Audio Reviewer with Pay Per Call at Humanatics, you will be responsible for listening to customer phone calls and selecting the appropriate option that matches the content of the call. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our pay per call solutions, helping businesses drive more phone leads and improve their customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Listen to customer phone calls and select the appropriate option that matches the content of the call
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in selecting the correct option
Follow guidelines provided by Humanatics
Meet daily and weekly review quotas
Participate in our pay per call solutions, helping businesses drive more phone leads and improve their customer experience
Qualifications:

Excellent listening skills
Experience in call center or customer service environments
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to work on-site
Ability to work independently and meet daily and weekly review quotas
Willingness to work night shift
Willingness to participate in our pay per call solutions
