We Are Hiring: Tier 2 / Tier 3 Remote Desktop Support Agent
We are looking for an experienced Tier 2 / Tier 3 Remote Desktop Support Agent with strong expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, remote troubleshooting, end-user support, and IT asset management.
Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles, California)
Job Type: Remote
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft desktop support
Strong hands-on experience with Office 365 and Active Directory
Experience handling Tier 2 / Tier 3 support tickets
Ability to provide end-user support, issue resolution, onboarding support, and user guidance
Experience with asset tracking and creating POs for employee devices such as laptops and iPhones
Strong English communication skills and a user-first support approach
Bonus if you have experience with:
SharePoint to Microsoft Teams migration
Print management tools
Apple device management tools like Jamf
Ticketing, remote access, and asset tracking systems
Healthcare / EHR support environments
