Bangladesh has decided to keep petroleum product prices unchanged for the third consecutive month, providing continued relief to consumers.
The government announced that existing fuel rates will remain in effect throughout August 2026, with no revisions from the prices first introduced on May 31 for June. According to the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, the decision was approved by the relevant authorities.
Under the current rates, diesel, octane, petrol, and kerosene will continue to be sold at the same prices across the country, ensuring price stability despite fluctuations in global energy markets.
