پاکستان کاٹن جنرز ایسوسی ایشن (PCGA) کے وائس چیئرمین راجہ رمیش کمار اُتواِنی کی سربراہی میں انڈس ہوٹل حیدرآباد میں ایک اہم اجلاس منعقد ہوا، جس میں متعدد اہم اُمور پر غور و فکرکیا گیا۔

اجلاس میں سابق چیئرمین مہیش تلریجا، FPCCI کی زرعی ٹاسک فورس کے چیئرمین شام لال منگلانی ، سابق وائیس چیئرمین ہریش کمار ویدانی اور ایسوسی ایشن کے سینئر اراکین و جنرز حضرات بھی شریک تھے۔

اجلاس میں درپیش مسائل اور اُن کے ممکنہ حل کے لیے تفصیلی گفتگو کی گئی، اور مختلف تجاویز زیرِ بحث آئیں تاکہ کاٹن انڈسٹری کو درپیش چیلنجز سے بہتر انداز میں نمٹا جا سکے

‏‎الحمدللہ، 4 مئی 2025 کو حیدرآباد میں منعقد ہونے والی جنرل باڈی میٹنگ کامیابی کے ساتھ انجام پائی۔ اس اہم اجلاس کی میزبانی راجہ رمیش کمار اُتوانی (وائس چیئرمین) کی زیرِ نگرانی عمل میں آئی، جبکہ چیئرمین ڈاکٹر جسومل کا تعاون اور رہنمائی ہمارے لیے باعثِ حوصلہ رہی۔
‏‎انتظامات نہایت شاندار اور منظم رہے، جن کی بدولت تقریب میں 300 سے زائد معزز ممبران نے شرکت کی۔
‏‎یہ میٹنگ نہ صرف ایک پروفیشنل اجلاس تھا بلکہ بھائی چارے، اتحاد، اور تنظیم کی مضبوطی کا عکاس بھی تھی۔

Pakistan Cotton Ginner's Association (PCGA) & All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) jointly held Press Conference at PCGA Head Office in Multan.

Chairman PCGA Dr. Jassu Mal, vice chairman Pcga Sindh Raja Ramesh Kumar Uttwani along with team & senior members warmly welcomed Chairman APTMA Mr. Kamran Arshad and other honorable guests along with him on their visit to Multan at PCGA House.

Both Chairmen decided to join hands to revive and promote cotton which is the backbone of agriculture in Pakistan.

Chairman PCGA Dr. Jassu Mal said that Government has imposed numerous taxes on cotton & its by products.

Chairman APTMA Mr. Kamran Arshad said that due to heavy taxation & Government policies more than 800 ginning units & 200 spinning units have been closed.

They decided to introduce a National Cotton Policy and engage Federal and Provincial Governments to formulate cotton friendly policies. Moreover they also decided to bring Pakistan Kisan Ittehad (Farmers Union) on board as well.
