) سکیورٹیز اینڈ ایکسچینج کمیشن آف پاکستان میں کمپنیوں کی کاروباری آسانیوں کی فراہمی، کمپنیوں کی رجسٹریشن میں مسلسل اضافہ ہو رہا ہے ۔ مئی کے مہینے میں کمپنیوں کی رجسٹریشن میں100فیصد اضافہ ریکارڈ کیا گیا۔

مئی میں ایس ای سی پی میں کل1,597نئی کمپنیاں رجسٹر ہوئیں جو کہ گزشتہ سال کے اسی مہینے کے مقابلے میں 107فیصد زائد ہیں۔ نئی رجسٹریشن کے بعد پاکستان میں کل رجسٹرکمپنیوں کی تعداد ایک لاکھ ترتالیس ہزار چار سو سولہ(143,416) ہو گئی ہے۔

A meeting of the NA Standing Committee on Finance & Revenue was held today under the chairmanship of Mr. Faiz Ullah Kamoka, MNA, at SECP head office. The Committee discussed the Companies (Amendment) Bill 2020, the Companies (2nd Amendment) Bill 2020 and the SECP (Amendment) Bill, 2020.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Amjid Ali Khan, Syed Naveed Qamar, Ms. Hina Rabbani Khar, Mr. Jamil Ahmed Khan, Mr. Faheem Khan, Mr. Muhammad Israr Tareen, Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani, Chaudary Khalid Javed, Mr. Ali Pervaiz and Dr. Aisha Ghaus Pasha.
The Chairman SECP briefed the Committee on the amendments in Companies Act aimed at promoting startups, business innovation, entrepreneurship, ease of doing business, women empowerment and strengthening the framework for protection of minority shareholders.
