EU MDR 2017/745 is going to be applicable on 26 May 2021. Therefore, if you have not appointed EU Authorized Representative (EUAR) for Class I Reusable Surgical Instruments as per EU MDD 93/42/EEC as amended 2007/47/EC, then please note that after 26 May 2021 you will have to go for EU MDR 2017/745.
