I recently completed the **General Agents on the Web Crash Course** from the **Agent Factory** learning path by Panaversity.

This course reinforced an important shift happening in AI.

We are moving beyond chatbots and single prompts toward **general AI agents** that can understand goals, plan work, use tools, connect to external services, and deliver complete outcomes.

Some of the topics covered included:
• General AI agents and their capabilities
• Agent harnesses and ex*****on environments
• Tool use and web integration
• Planning and autonomous task ex*****on
• The future direction of agentic AI systems

For me, this was another step in my journey toward building practical AI systems that solve real business problems. I am especially interested in applying these concepts to AI automation, business workflows, and production-ready agentic applications.

A big thank you to **Sir Zia Khan** and the Panaversity team for making high-quality AI education accessible to everyone.

The AI landscape is evolving rapidly, and I believe learning how to design, direct, and verify AI agents will become an essential skill for software engineers and AI professionals.

For the past few months, I've been working on something I believe Pakistan truly needs.

I've collected and organized data for over 1 million Pakistani businesses to build a platform designed to answer a question that Google Maps and traditional business directories don't:

"Can I trust this business?"

unannounced isn't just another business directory. It's a trust verification layer where every business receives a dynamic Trust Score based on:

✅ Physical verification by our team
✅ Freshness of business information
✅ Community recommendations and feedback

Another feature I'm excited about: one click opens native Google Maps navigation, making it easy to find verified businesses.
