Initiatives by the Student Career Office of the University of Lodz
New INTERNSHIPS, TRAINEESHIPS and JOBS are posted on the Student Career Office website on the daily basis. MOCK INTERVIEW - an emulation of a job interview used for training purposes. The conversational exercise usually resembles a real interview as closely as possible, for the purpose of providing you experience in that matter. PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING is an initiative that enables the students and graduates of the University of Lodz who are deciding upon their further education may take advantage of. The professional orientation consultations of the Student Career Office are free of charge and are held by a mentor. COMPETENCE ACADEMY is a series of workshops free of charge the purpose of which is the assistance in the improvement of students’ and graduates’ qualifications and skills connected with the job acquisition. Meetings taking place within this action allow young people attain skills needed in the labour market, such as the ability to learn quickly, adaptation, teamwork, self-reliance, responsibility, and aiming to the future development. UNIVERSITY JOB FAIRS are gatherings allowing the employers meet with students and graduates of the University of Lodz as well as other educational institutions placed in Lodz.
