🌿 Can a small space become a place full of possibilities?

Absolutely.

In these photos, we are showcasing a therapeutic garden that was created at Błękitny Domek in Gliwice, Poland.

A marble ball track, Picasso painting panel, workshop station, and Eu-Genius mud kitchen encourage children to experiment, develop fine motor skills, collaborate, and explore the world through all their senses.

You don't always need a large area to create an exceptional space. Sometimes, all it takes is making the most of the available space and filling it with elements that inspire children to play, learn, and discover. 💚

The garden at Błękitny Domek also includes a small vegetable patch, where children can learn how to care for plants and experience nature firsthand.

🌧️ “There’s no bad weather - only inappropriate clothing.”

This mindset has inspired Scandinavian outdoor education for years.

In Norway, children learn outdoors all year round - whether the sun is shining, the temperature drops, or it’s even raining.

It’s an unusual mud kitchen that transforms an ordinary garden into a true sensory playground.

Here, children:

A municipal park is the heart of the community—a place for meetings, play, and relaxation for all generations. That’s why it’s worth investing in attractions that engage children, youth, adults, and seniors—regardless of their level of ability.

🧠 Research in psychology and neuroscience shows that even 20 minutes of contact with nature can:

- improve concentration and attention
- increase memory capacity
- reduce stress levels (cortisol)
- enhance overall well-being

This phenomenon is explained, among other things, by the so-called “restorative attention” theory, according to which nature allows our brain to “rest” from an overload of stimuli (screens, noise, multitasking).

🌳 Why does it work?
In a natural environment:

- stimuli are gentler and less chaotic
- the brain doesn’t have to focus as intensely on filtering information
- regenerative processes in the nervous system are activated

⏱️ Does it have to be a forest?
No! It’s enough to:

- take a walk in the park 🌳
- sit on a bench surrounded by greenery
- even spend time in a garden or with plants

The Telephone Game… but this time as a real experiment!

Do you remember the classic game where a simple sentence would change beyond recognition along the way? 🤭
Today, we’re presenting it in a completely new way – as a scientific adventure with sound!

👉 In our version of the Telephone Game, children don’t just pass messages – they also discover how sound actually travels.

Thanks to special tubes:
🔊 sound moves like a wave – straight to another person’s ear
📏 they can experience how communication works over a distance
👂 children learn attentive listening and precise communication

This is not just a game.
It’s a combination of laughter, learning, and experimentation that:
✨ develops focus and listening skills
✨ builds relationships within a group
✨ stimulates imagination and creativity
