Work visa to Poland
In order to obtain an annual work visa to Poland, you need a number of documents such as:
1.Working invitation.
2.Working contract.
3.Document confirming your place of residence for the entire duration of the visa.
4. Guaranteed letter from the employer.
5. A sheet from the employer with a full description of your working conditions and additional information.
One job invitation is not enough!
This is a list of what the employer must give you in your hands, and you are additionally required to pay a visa fee and queue at the consulate, a photo for a visa, insurance for the entire duration of the visa and a questionnaire that can be filled out directly at the consulate.

There are several types of work visas in Poland:
1. Semi-annual work visas type D
2. Annual work visa type A
3. Seasonal work visas type S/D05
Which type of visa suits you depends on which country you are a citizen of, whether it will be a six-month visa or an annual one.
Seasonal visas are suitable for everyone BUT if you want to stay in Poland in the future and apply for a temporary residence permit, then a seasonal visa will not suit you, because according to the law, you cannot apply for a residence permit on the basis of a seasonal visa!
