📢Yesterday, our employees took their UDT examinations for overhead travelling cranes and mobile cranes!🏗️✅

We are delighted that another group is developing their qualifications and obtaining licences that will allow them to work in more advanced positions.

📢 Some time ago, we welcomed the owners of JRM Poland to our office in Chorzów. 🤝✨

It was our first meeting, and shortly afterwards we had the opportunity to see each other again during the Pinoy Pride event in Warsaw—the second meeting only confirmed to me how valuable such conversations and contacts are in our industry and in the community as a whole.

We talked about the current market situation, political issues, recruitment, challenges and realities that we all face. We exchanged insights, experiences and how each of us sees the future in our part of the sector.

Most importantly, however, we were able to get to know each other better and build a good, positive relationship — such meetings strengthen trust, bring people from the same environment closer together and help the entire community to develop.

📢 Today we welcomed another new worker joining our team — Alvin! 🇵🇭🤝

Alvin arrived to complete the full employment procedure, including document verification and all formalities required for legal work in Poland. Everything went smoothly, and we’re happy to support him at every step of the process.

We would also like to express our appreciation to his previous employers for properly guiding him after submitting his resignation — especially regarding the steps needed to ensure a legal and seamless transition to a new company. This kind of cooperation truly benefits everyone. 🙏✨

Alvin will start work soon as a fitter with one of our long-term clients — a place where many of our Filipino workers have already been employed for years. The client is growing and actively asking for more Filipino specialists, which gives Alvin a great opportunity for development and stable, long-term employment.

The Department for Foreigners of the Silesian Voivodeship Office in Katowice will hold an “Information Saturday” on December 13, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

During this event, you can:
✅ get information on how to submit residence applications through the MOS system,
✅ receive assistance in completing residence permit applications,
✅ get help verifying required documents,
✅ ask questions about ongoing cases,
✅ submit additional documents for cases already in progress.

Service during the event will be provided only after prior appointment via the online booking system www.bezkolejki.eu/suw4.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who needs guidance regarding legal stay procedures in Poland.

Today, one of our coordinators took a candidate from the Philippines for welding tests — and we have reason to be proud, because the candidate passed them without any problems! 👨‍🏭✔️

Thanks to this, on 1 December, he will start working for our long-standing client, who already employs several Filipinos, some of whom have been working there for several years. We are delighted that another person will be joining this stable and proven workplace.

The candidate arrived in Poland recently, and in the first few days we took care of all the necessary formalities together:
